Postępowanie terapeutyczne w przypadku bilateralnej implantacji u dzieci

Abstract
W ostatnich latach wzrasta w Polsce liczba dzieci z bilateralnym wszczepem ślimakowym. Poprawa słyszenia po tym zabiegu pozwala na podobne do naturalnego opanowanie kompetencji i sprawności językowych na drodze audytywno-werbalnej. Obecnie trwa dyskusja, jak powinien przebiegać proces terapii u dzieci zaimplantowanych obustronnie. Poniższy artykuł stanowi praktyczną propozycję postępowania terapeutycznego, opartą na doświadczeniu autorki (w pracy z grupą piętnaściorga dzieci) oraz dostępnej literaturze.
