Postępowanie w ostrej niewydolności serca
Journal Title: Na Ratunek - Year 2017, Vol 1, Issue 5
Abstract
Acute heart failure (AHF) is a sudden or rapidly deteriorating impairment of systolic and/or diastolic heart function that leads to the impairment of functions of heart as a blood pump. The population of patients suffering from AHF is a group with serious prognosis and numerous underlying diseases. A proper diagnosis and adequate prehospital procedures within emergency medical teams enable to reach a preliminary stability of patients’ clinical condition and to regulate haemodynamic and metabolic disorders.
