POSTOPERATIVE COMPLICATIONS OF INGUINAL ALOGERNIOPLASTICS DEPENDING ON THE METHOD OF IMPLANT FIXATION

Abstract
The article describes the features of the development of postoperative complications of inguinal alоgernioplastics depending on the method of fixation of implant. The negative influence of the implant’s contact with the structures of the spermatic cord is revealed. This effect manifested itself in the development of a number of postoperative complications in patients. It was shown that when the implant and spermatic cord are differentiated, the negative changes are reduced. It is necessary to prevent the contact of the implant and spermatic cord during the surgical treatment of inguinal hernias.
