Poverty Population in Ukraine by Housing Conditions

Abstract
The aim of the work is a comprehensive assessment of poverty by living conditions, the determination of the profiles of poverty for this aspect. The necessity of the poverty assessment of housing conditions is proved and a system of indicators is formed. The information base for the study is a survey of the living conditions of Ukrainian households, which is performed on a regular basis by the State Statistics Service. The features of poverty by living conditions in urban and rural areas are explored. The provision of the population with enough living space is analyzed, the quality of housing and its provision of a basic set of amenities is assessed. The differentiation of the population by the basic indicators of housing poverty in the context of the area of residence and the main types of households is shown. The integral indicator of poverty by living conditions is constructed.
