Journal Title: Otolaryngologia Polska - Year 2011, Vol 65, Issue 4
Abstract
SUMMARY The surgical treatment of head and neck cancer can be limited by the risk of postoperative complications, both local and medical. When it occurs, it usually leads to prolonged length of stay after the surgery and sometimes can be life-threatening. Early identification of risk factors based on clinical data is essential and is helpful in medical treatment.
