Abstract
The analysis of the place and role of government in public-private partnership regulation is lead. The legal ensuring of government regulation of business activity is given. In the article initial, basic and optional elements in the structure of the contractual mechanism for implementing public-private partnership are singled out. Proofs that the contractual mechanism for the implementation of public-private partnership is formed not only by the parties, but by the competition commission, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and other state agencies are substantiated.
