Abstract
В статті проаналізовано питання одного з важливих факторів впливу іноземного капіталу на банківську систему в Україні –набуття та збільшення істотної участі в банках нерезидентами. Висвітленояк загальні вимоги, так і особливості порядку набуття (збільшення) істотної участі нерезидентами в банках України, роль Національного Банку України в цьому процесі. Авторка акцентувала увагу на правових проблемах набуття (збільшення) нерезидентами істотної участі в банках України. Ключові слова: істотна участь, набуття істотної участі, нерезиденти, банки.
