Abstract
In the article, we analyze the legal basis for the establishment of administrative legal proceedings in Ukraine. Such foundations are considered taking into account the chronology of events that have occurred in this area since Ukraine gained independence. It is accentuated at certain stages of the formation of administrative proceedings. As the final stage, we consideredthe adoption of the Code of Administrative Judicial Proceedings of Ukraine.
