This work is dedicated to the comparison preclusion in theory and practical implementation of the judicial authorities of Ukraine, revealing features provided the use of such categories of enforcement mechanism and significance preclusion and preyudytsiynyyi ties to specific judgments in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
