Preconditions of trade enterprises integration

Abstract
Purpose. The article is devoted to the research of the preconditions and motives of trade enterprises integration. The article investigates the conditions of enterprise integrating processes from a position of matching agents’ motives and the needs of the integrated structure and justify the preconditions of interaction between agent and integrated structure in terms of integration processes. Methodology of research. The objectives of the article implemented by using the following general and specific research methods: analysis and synthesis, system analysis, set theory, multi-agent approach. Findings. The interaction of agents with an integrated structure is investigated. The conditions of integreing at the stage of comparing resources and goals of participants. The approach to the definition and classification of integration motives is substantiated. The classification of the motives of integration of trade enterprises is offered. Practical value. The main scientific result can be used in the practice of retailers.
