Prerequisites for improving the information and analytical support of the construction company budgeting

Abstract
In condition of increased generality in the functioning in the environment for the ensuring effective management of the enterprise, including construction, the need is growing for the formation of the formation of the information basis for the adoption of each management decision. Such foundations should be the information-analytical support, an important part of which is accounting and analytical support. It has been found out, the specifics of the activities of building companies requires to use in the management process not only the data recordes by the accounting service in business operations, but also those that have been form the basis for the operative adjustment of the current and strategic plans in the context of budgeting. It has been the possibility considered the of improving the information and analytical budgeting system through improving accounting and analytical support. It has been the developed scheme of the information space of the accounting and analytical support of the construction company, which defines the role and tasks of the accounting and analytical support in the process of the current management and project management of the building enterprise.
