Presenting the proposed model of network capabilities as a means to improve the management and connectivity customer in the context of information technology

Abstract
A relationship and information model is a proposal model in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) that develops the used substructure for effective and stable relationship between the customer and organization. In here, at the first the networks components have one way and two way connections with together and the network is designed if a relationship link disconnected then the other paths supply data relationship for customer and at the second, detects the customer need with OODA loop in least time and Reconstruct the system for profit. In this paper, we focus on design of the powerful network in information technology which give us a new management method that has the least time, maximum benefit, income and customer consent.
