PREVENTING THE ABUSE OF MONOPOLY (DOMINANT) POSITION

Abstract
This article studies dynamics of abuse of monopoly (dominant) position. Economic and legal means of preventing abuse of monopoly (dominant) position have been justified. It has been recommended that existing legislation of Ukraine be amended based on these findings.
