PREVENTION OF CORRUPTION IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the crime situation in educational institutions and the description of the activities of the State Service for Combating Economic Crimes on the proper counteraction to the facts of official abuse, in particular in educational institutions. The complex crime situation in the secondary and specialized secondary educational institutions where bribery can easily take an exam, get a positive evaluation during exams and certificate of education. Thus, law enforcement officers arrested red-handed criminal group composed of the director of one of the evening schools of Zaporizhzhia and teacher of the same school, who were conspiring and abusing official position, demanded and received a bribe of $ 20 from one of citizens for issuing him a fictitious certificate of general secondary education. During the search on the intruders, three more certificates were called out to be questioned The law-enforcement form involves the activities of law enforcement agencies in the field of providing investigated law in creating favorable conditions for its implementation. This form of activity, which is carried out in procedural and procedural order, is of a ruling nature and is related to the individualization of the rules of law with respect to specific subjects or life events in the act of application of the rules of law (the issuance of the diploma of higher education, the imposition of a disciplinary sanction, etc.). It consists in the issuance of law enforcement acts, which specify the content of the constitutional right of a person and a citizen to education, establish the grounds, mechanism and limits of its implementation. The educational form of the activity of law-enforcement bodies is to create appropriate conditions for raising the level of legal awareness of ordinary citizens, the workers themselves, law enforcement bodies, creating conditions for their self-education, which will increase the implementation of the studied law. For example, law enforcement agencies, with the aim of improving preventive work with students, improving communication with schools and vocational schools for each educational institution, consolidated police officers who carry out legal advocacy and preventive work among students, which contributes to raising their legal culture.
