PREVENTIVE MEASURES FOR ENSURING LABOR DISCIPLINE

Abstract
The article deals with the issue of disciplinary liability as a component of the provision of labor discipline. The emphasis is on the effectiveness of disciplinary penalties that can be applied to employees for committing a disciplinary offense. The scientific-theoretical approaches on the specified issues are investigated. Conclusions and suggestions are made.
