Abstract

This article presents the ethnic structure of the population of Serbia according to the 2002 census results. also, there are analyzed the burden coefficients, age index and coefficients describing the dynamics of burden changes in minorities of Serbia, specifi - cally the inflow, outflow and substitution coefficients. in fact, the influence of age structure on a municipality governance risk of an outbreak of civil conflict and development is both significant and quantifiable. the paper reports on the development characteristics of the burden carried by the productive population of Serbian minorities in consequence of the demographic ageing of population in the conditions of the Serbian municipality regions.
