PRIME ACTIVITIES IN THE UKRAINIAN LAW: A MODERN VIEW ON CLASSIFICATION DISTRIBUTION

Abstract
In the article the author summarizes the scientific approaches devoted to the search for the most optimal classification model of compulsory measures of the branches of the public-legal bloc, separates and analyzes the main forms of manifestation of constitutional-legal, criminal-legal, administrative-legal coercion. The author proposes to classify measures of coercion in the official law of Ukraine according to the following criteria: 1) the actual grounds and purpose of the application (proposed in the further research of the said legal phenomenon to be used as the base one); 2) the nature of the relationship between the coercive person and the person whose application is taking place; 3) by objects of influence.
