Abstract
The article is aimed to reveal the legal nature of mediation principles, to find out their content. Define the concept and principles of the mediation process as an alternative legal way to resolve the conflict in Ukraine and in foreign countries. Proposed the definition of principles of mediation and changes to the draft Law of Ukraine “On mediation” about the list of principles is proposed.
