Abstract
This work is devoted to research of the computer systems of processing of information of ecological monitiring of superficial waters. Prospects, conceptions and principles of the ecological monitoring, concept of the ‘ecoinformation system’, are considered. It is offered and explored the general structure of the computer system of working of information.
