PRINCIPLE OF LEGALITY IN CRIMINAL PRODUCTION OF UKRAINE AND GERMANY, ITS STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS

Abstract
The current criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine and the Federal Republic of Germany on the procedure for implementing the principle of legality in criminal proceedings was investigated, its normative content and significance for criminal procedural relations were disclosed, and gaps in the existing legislation affecting the implementation of this principle were revealed.
