PRINCIPLE OF NON-DISCRIMINATION UNDER THE USE OF NETWORK INTERNET RESOURCES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of legal mechanisms for ensuring equal and free access to the Internet, an important means of realizing human rights and freedoms and its free participation in institutions of a democratic society. All users should have the maximum free and equal access to Internet content, applications and services using their handy devices. Any discrimination in the information space leads to a restriction and violation of user rights.
