PRINCIPLES AND ENFORCEMENT OF FULFILLMENT OF OBLIGATIONS

Abstract
The article is devoted to determination of principle of justice in proper fulfillment of the obligations. In article was analized connection of of principle of proper fulfillment of the obligation with the border of realization of civil rights and the ways of security of fulfillment of the obligations. In order to eliminate the negative consequences of non-fulfillment and improper fulfillment of obligations, civil liability is stipulated, which is a form of legal liability. In accordance with the principles of good faith, reasonableness and justice the parties of obligation can provide an unlimited list of means of fulfilling mutual obligations.
