PRINCIPLES OF MODERN LEGAL POLICY OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the research of legal nature of juridical category “legal policy”. The author’s determination of notion of legal category is presented. The methodological significance of new category “principles of legal policy” for legal science is analyzed. The different interpretations of notion of principles of legal policy, a correlation of the categories “principles of legal policy” and “signs of legal policy”, “aims of legal policy” are considered. The classification of principles of legal policy is offered.
