PRINCIPLES OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT IN THE CONDITIONS OF AN ENTERPRISE ANTI-CRISIS ACTIVITY: METHODOLOGICAL ASPECT

Abstract
The article deals with the principles of personnel management in the conditions of an enterprise anti-crisis activity. First of all, it is determined that anti-crisis measures should take into account the human factor. Therefore, to ensure effective anti-crisis activities, it is necessary to focus on the principles of personnel management. These principles at the enterprise should be implemented during the implementation of certain anti-crisis management measures. Sticking to the crisis management principles of personnel by enterprises, taking into account its behavioral features, can significantly reduce the timing of the stages of crisis management during the crisis and exit from it.
