PRINCIPLES OF STATE MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATION DEVELOPMENT OF THE NATIONAL SYSTEM OF AGRARIAN EDUCATION

Abstract
Studied the principles of state management of innovation development of the national system of agricultural education. Defined by the initial positions of the main components of the national innovation system, the degree of compliance with the requirements of innovative investment model of development. To identify weaknesses and obstacles that hamper the development of the national system of agricultural education, as well as the existing advantages and potential opportunities regarding the implementation of agreed system changes.
