Abstract
У статті розглянуто основні характеристики стану фондового ринку України, визначено проблеми його функціонування, запропоновано комплекс заходів для реалізації програми інтеграції вітчизняного ринку цінних паперів у світове фінансове середовище. Фондовий ринок сприяє фінансовій стабілізації та поступовому розвитку національної економіки, а також її захисту від несприятливих зовнішніх впливів. Процес становлення та динамічний розвиток ефективної системи фондових ринків є рушійною силою зростання реального сектору, усієї економіки загалом.
