Abstract
The article deals with the problems of study of constitutional regulation and improvement of the legislative process, including constitutional, in the present conditions of statehood. The article analyzes the problem of rationalizing the legislative process. Without a solid scientific and theoretical justification, no legal act is ineffectual.
