Problematic issues in the activities of the special anti-corruption prosecutor's office

Abstract
The article is devoted to problematic issues of implementation of the Specialized anticorruption Prosecutor’s office functions. Priority directions of improvement of activity of Specialized anti-corruption prosecution, based on the provisions of international legal instruments, international experience. The functions and tasks of Specialized anti-corruption prosecutors whose implementation is carried out in a procedural form are established. In the article is determined the basic requirements for the existence of this anti-corruption body in accordance with international standards. The author investigated the situation in the sphere of fighting against corruption in Ukraine. The author determined the main requirements for ensuring the independence of the functioning of the Specialized anticorruption Prosecutor’s office in accordance with international standards. The author pays close attention to the inconsistency in the legislation of Ukraine. The author pronounce Specialized anticorruption Prosecutor’s office should be a link between the system of state anti-corruption bodies, which ensures its integrity and efficiency.
