Abstract
The article is devoted to the analys of anti-corruption legislation in the field of public administration. Its relevance is due to the fact that in the conditions of imperfect legislation, the complexity of the stage development’s of reforms in the country, corruption is a real threat to the construction of a civil society and legal state in Ukraine. Proposed measures and ways to solve the problem of eradicating corruption in the public service, justified changes in legislation.
