Abstract
This article is devoted to main problems of organization of intergovernmental relations. Analysis of legislation – regulations on the organization of intergovernmental relations. The analysis of the dynamics of local budgets and the amount of transfers to local budgets. The connection between organizational functions (of measures) to implement the powers of local authorities and sources of funding. Highlight issues most practical organization of intergovernmental relations in the context of support effective regulation of social and economic development.
