PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF DIRECT FOREIGN INVESTMENT IN THE ECONOMY OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article gives a theoretical concept of the notion of direct foreign investments and defines its role in the economy of the country, presents main advantages and disadvantages as one of the main economic phenomena. Analyzed the current state of attraction of direct foreign investments into the Ukrainian economy and dynamics of their inflow, as well as analyzed the dynamics and structure of foreign direct investment in the Ukrainian economy according to regional, sectorial and geographical distribution in the conditions of globalization. In addition, defined key problems attraction of direct foreign investment, which hold back their influx into the economy of our country. On the basis of this, proposed a number of priority directions of improvement of investment attractiveness of Ukraine.
