PROBLEMS OF APPLYING THE PRINCIPLE OF LEGA LITY DUR ING THE APPEAL OF NORMATIVE ACTS

Abstract
The article considers the principle of legality, that is used in during the appeal of normative acts. The legal preconditions for observing this principle are investigated. The main fuses of violations of the principle of legality, existing in the legislation, are determined. It should be noted that the principle of legality has a multilevel implementation in during the appeal of normative acts. The problems that arise during reconciliation are analyzed the principle of legality in administrative legal proceedings.
