Problems of applying the special knowledge in criminal proceedings

Abstract
The system of applying the special knowledge is formed in criminal proceedings, its elements, interrelations and interdependences are reviewed. A comparative analysis of legislation in a number of foreign countries was produced in terms of applying the special knowledge in criminal proceedings. The proposals for changes and amendments of legislation were provided.
