PROBLEMS OF AVIATION SECURITY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with issues of legal aviation security in Ukraine. The current legislation is analyzed and the glides of improvement of the current legislation are offered. The author’s definition of the danger of civil aviation as an aggregate of factors posing a threat to civil aviation is given. An analysis of legal practice and special literature has led to the conclusion that unlawful interference with the acts of unlawful interference with the information activity of aviation enterprises and the execution of flights by unmanned aerial vehicles.
