PROBLEMS OF DEFINITION OF CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT OF LEASE OF A BUILDING OR OTHER CAPITAL FACILITY

Abstract
The article investigates the essential conditions of the contract of lease of a building or other capital facilities, in particular, payment for the use of the this contract. The essential conditions of the contract of lease of a building or other capital facilities are identified. Features of lease of a state and municipal property are taken into consideration. The conflict of civil and commercial law about the form of the payment is defined. The author has revealed the disadvantages in the legal regulation of the contract of lease a building or other capital facility and has formulated some propositions on elimination and perfection of civil legislation in this field.
