PROBLEMS OF THE BUDGET PROCESSES TRANSPARENCY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is proved the essential principles for the development and implementation of conceptual regulations of development of transparency in the budget process, through the application of a comprehensive approach to the determination of its structural and logical elements. There are fundamental premises of the budget transparency implementation and its attributive characteristics. We can allocate main kinds of the budget transparency, considering key areas of its indication. The essence of the main problems that need to be solved with the purpose of developing budget transparency in Ukraine is revealed.
