Procedural issues of the emergence of land rights

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of modern problems of practical application of the norms of land legislation of Ukraine by implementing the procedure for the emergence of land rights. The content of modern scientific approaches to the essence of the emergence of rights to land is disclosed. The composition of the legal mechanism of the legal procedure for the emergence of the right to land is analyzed, its main elements are disclosed, which include, in particular, the norms of law, legal facts, the actual legal relations, acts of the implementation of the rights and obligations of subjects, and legal sanctions. The content of the current land legislation is analyzed with regard to the procedure for the emergence of the right to land. A number of gaps have been revealed regarding the settlement of certain types of land procedures in the sphere of acquiring the right of ownership of a land plot.
