Abstract
In article the problem of inefficiency of performance of the powers assigned to the central executive authorities with the special status is developed and the version of her decision is offered. Procedure of passing of poligrafny check is a new and effective mechanism of selection of shots on senior positions of the central executive authorities with the special status.
