Abstract
The article clarifies the essence of the cassation appeal , determines the procedural conditions of the cassation appeal of judgments and decisions of the court of first instance and appellate court , discloses the problems of legal regulation in this area , developed scientifically substantiated recommendations for the improvement of the current legislation of Ukraine.
