PROCESSUAL REVIEW OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE COURT: CONTENTS AND FEATURES

Abstract
It is substantiated that administrative courts, having administrative court proceedings, have procedural discretion (procedural possibilities) provided for in the articles of the Code of Administrative Justice of Ukraine. However, the nature and content of such procedural possibilities of an administrative court need in scientific explanation. By administrative procedural law, administrative courts of the first, appellate, cassation instance, in accordance with the purpose and tasks of their functioning, have their own, a special volume of procedural powers.
