Abstract
In the article there is a review of the basic principles of the organization of vocational training, retraining, raising the skills of the unemployed as an important type of social services in the field of compulsory state social insurance in case of unemployment. Some aspects of foreign experience in organizing the process of vocational training and retraining of unemployed in foreign countries are investigated, in the article it is emphasized the responsible attitude to the process of learning not only those who want to get a job, but also people, who directly carry out the process of such training. In the article a particular attention is paid to the training of the unemployed people for specific orders of employers and individual form of training.
