Abstract

In the article a problem is analysed in the necessity of professional ethics of civil servant, that is sent to perma-nent perfection and integral development of professionalism of public servants, on the increase of their possibilities. It is determined that problems of question of ethics and image of civil servants are priority for providing of trust of citizens to the government bodie. Essence of concept «morality of civil servants» opens up through a prism mutual relations of the state and citizen; the features of application of business and official etiquette are formulated in the system of home public врядування. Today state and public life largely depends on moral valuesthat became firmly established in society, from moralattitudes of the state and citizen, social justice, intolerancetoward moral rejections
