PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR SOCIAL EMPLOYEES ON SOCIAL PROTECTION OF YOUTH RIGHTS: MODERN ASPECT

Abstract
The article describes the modern requirements for the professional activities of social workers for the social protection of the rights of young people. The complexity of solving the problem of forming professionally competent of the future social workers capable of effective professional activity is shown. The latest scientific studies on the problems of training modern highly qualified specialists for professional activities are analyzed. Characterized by modern requirements for the professional activities of social workers for the social protection of the rights of young people. The lack of effective cooperation of social workers with public, charitable and religious organizations that work to prevent difficult life situations among young people has been identified, and ways have been outlined to ensure the conditions for self-realization of individual or collective interests of future social workers. The non-conformity of the professional training of social worker to modern labor market requirements has been revealed. The main features of the social worker for the protection of the rights of young people, as well as priority requirements for the training of social workers in the social protection of the rights of young people are identified. Professional requirements for specialists in social protection of the rights of youth are highlighted. The focus is on the functions, knowledge, skills, abilities and professionally significant personal qualities of the modern social worker for the social protection of the rights of young people. The main methods of the types of activities of social workers for the social protection of the rights of young people are highlighted. The promising areas of professional training of the future social work professionals to protect the rights of young people are outlined.
