PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS’ TEACHERS IN THE CONTEXT OF UKRAINIAN COMPETENCE PARADIGM OF EDUCATION: THE PROBLEM OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETANCE STRUCTURE

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of preschool teachers of educational institutions professional train- ing in the context of their professional competence formation. The author presents a detailed analysis of modern approaches of domestic scientists and researchers to determine the phenomenon of "professional competence" and "professional competence of teachers of preschool educational institutions". The structure of professional competence of preschool teachers offered by Ukrainian scientists is presented from their point of view on the problem and individual approaches to the determination of educational components of the studied phenomenon.
