PROFESSIONALLY IMPORTANT QUALITIES OF THE AGRICULTURAL ENGINEERING AS A COMPONENT OF RESEARCH COMPETENCE

Abstract
The article deals with the analysis of the normative professional and educational documents; generalized scientific opinions in terms of the problems of the research training of the specialists in agricultural engineering and the formation of their professionally important qualities. The structure of the research competence of specialists in agricultural engineering is characterized and personally and professionally important qualities as its significant components are defined. The definitions of such notions as "personal qualities" and "professionally important qualities" are given and grounded. The professionally important qualities are considered as stable inner positive specifics of personality that are formed in the process of their focused research. In the article the latest scientific opinions in terms of definition of personal and professionally important qualities of scientists, engineers of agricultural production and other specialists are analyzed. On the basis of this analysis, the compound of personal and professionally important qualities of specialists in agricultural engineering is determined. In addition, the results of the poll of employers and experts who work with the engineers of agrarian production are given. It helped to define some modern actual and professionally important qualities of the specialists in agricultural engineering as a professional and researcher, on the formation of which attention should be paid to their professional training nowadays. The obtained results in the research will form the basis for the development of the methodology of training of the future engineers-agrarians.
