Profit management of PJSC "Dnepropolymermash" on the basis of socially responsible marketing

Abstract

The article examines the impact of socially responsible marketing on the profit of machine-building enterprises. The process of making a decision on participation in an international tender for the production of large-sized molds is analyzed. As a criterion for decision-making, the size of the company's profit from contract performance and minimization of the risk of non-fulfillment of this contract are considered. After the unsuccessful attempt to participate in the tender, the company analyzed developed three options for further action: to refuse further participation in the tender, to deliberately reduce the time of production of molds in the documentation, to develop a new production technology on the new equipment. The article describes in detail each of the proposed decision options. The concept of the need to carry out technical re-equipment at the machine-building enterprises of Ukraine, which allows the creation of competitive products, has been further developed.
