Прогностичне значення пієлоектазій у дітей раннього віку з сечовим синдромом

Abstract
Цель исследования: определить прогностическое значение пиелоектазий у детей раннего возраста с мочевым синдромом. Проведено УЗ исследование 192 детей в возрасте от 1 месяца до 2,5 лет, которые проходили сонологическое обследование мочевыводящей системы в связи с появлением мочевого синдрома на фоне течения острых респираторных заболеваний. УЗ исследование мочевыводящей системы выполнялось по стандартизированной методике с помощью ультразвукового сканера «SIEMENS SONOLINE G40» (фирмы Siеmens, Германия) с использованием конвексного датчика 2,5-5 МГц и линейного датчика 7,5-10 МГц. Пиелоэктазии являются частым сонологическим сим¬п¬томом у детей раннего возраста с мочевым синдромом (75% исследований). Полученные данные катам¬нестического наблюдения детей с пиелоэктазиями показало, что размеры лоханки более 10 мм являются фактором риска развития острого пиелонефрита.
