Прогнозування як технологія маніпуляції

Abstract
У статті зроблено спробу подивитись на прогнозування не як на технологію передбачення майбутнього, а як на технологію маніпулювання майбутнім. Наприклад, маніпулюючи з прогнозами можна зламати цілу націю, як це трапилось з німцями після підписання Версальського мирного договору, коли союзники не виконали своїх обіцянок. Здійснено інтерпретацію твердження Дюгема-Куайна в контексті прогнозування. Прогноз сам по собі може виявитись тим твердженням із тези Дюгема-Куайна, яке не слід спростовувати, що може призвести до активації такої когнітивної помилки як схильність до підтвердження. Крім того, прогнозування розглянуто під кутом зору акторно-мережевої теорії і системного підходу, який забезпечує градацію наслідків n-х порядків, що обов'язково виникають після реалізації тієї чи іншої події, технології тощо. Наслідки n-х порядків самі можуть виступати об’єктами або інструментами маніпуляцій.
