Abstract
W artykule przedstawiono zagadnienia związane z nowymi technologiami, opisano rolę nauczyciela w nowoczesnej szkole oraz to, jakie kompetencje powinien posiadać w zakresie TIK (technologia informacyjno-komunikacyjna). Omówiono innowację pedagogiczną – projekt edukacyjny STEM Politechniki Warszawskiej przeznaczony dla nauczycieli szkół ponadgimnazjalnych – i jej wpływ na zwiększenie zainteresowania młodzieży naukami ścisłymi, inżynierią oraz nowymi technologiami.
