Promising measures for the utilization of ash-slag waste of thermal power plant
Journal Title: Проблеми загальної енергетики - Year 2018, Vol 0, Issue 1
Abstract
We have determined the ways of using ash-slag waste of the Ukrainian thermal power plants. The main measures, namely, “dry” methods of separated ash and slag removal, pneumatic ash removal, classification by grain composition, flotation, gravity and electrostatic separation, and other methods of waste processing, can meet the requirements to the quality of ash-slag waste for manufacturing marketable products on their basis. We give a list of current normative documents in Ukraine concerning ash-slag utilization.

Mathematical model of the optimal structure of coal production for thermal power plants of Ukraine with taking into account environmental constraints
The aim of this study is to develop a mathematical model of the delivery of coal production for TPP under conditions of possible import supply and own products with minimal financial expenditures at certain levels of the...
Model and structure of the long-term development of generating capacities of a power system with regard for the commissioning and decommissioning dynamics of capacities and changing their technical-and-economic indices
The article presents the description of a partially integer mathematical model of the long-term development of generating capacities structure of a power system. In order to take into account the commissioning and decomm...
Forecasting fuel and energy consumption levels taking into account energy saving potential in the context of structural changes in the economy
A methodological approach and a mathematical model are presented to forecast the final consumption of fuel and energy resources taking into account the energy saving potential provided by the structural (inter- and intra...
Techno-Economic Aspects of Using Consumers-Controllers in Automatic Frequency and Power Control Systems
The Integrated Power System (IPS) of Ukraine in its current state operates as a part of the Power Association consisting of power systems of the Russian Federation, Ukraine and the Baltic Sea States. This Association mak...
Substantiation of the economic efficiency of load control in power systems with the use of electric heat-generators as consumers-regulators
Based on the analysis of control systems of the diurnal electric-load diagrams in the Integrated Power System of Ukraine, we have drawn a conclusion on the necessity of creating new, more efficient means. We have conside...
